I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly positive experience, but there were a few key areas that left me disappointed. First, the room was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast options were also great—plenty of variety to start the day off right.
Unfortunately, my experience at check-in was less than ideal. The front desk staff didn't acknowledge me as I approached the desk, and I had to be the one to initiate the interaction. Once I did, the tone I received was condescending, which made the entire check-in process feel uncomfortable. It was disappointing, as the rest of the stay was pleasant.
While the hotel itself met most of my expectations, the lack of hospitality at check-in definitely impacted my overall experience. I hope they work on improving this aspect for future guests.
