The front desk clerks were nice and understanding with our frustrations. starting from the beginning, the parking lot was immediately suspicious drug activity and prostitution. We literally tried to park where we knew we could see our vehicle. get in to check in and we’re told we can’t get the handicap room We reserved because it was needed for pictures. now I will go ahead and say here that we did see that particular room and that is why I was upset with the whole false advertisement because that is what is pictured on the website, what we envisioned and what we needed for my family. They do not have elevators. We looked at eight different rooms and there was either issues with no actual bed sofa just a stained cot, no working lights or horrible smells. We finally settled on a room that Appeared clean, but was actually filthy. All three dresser drawers were full of dirty towels, lingerie and KY jelly. when we went downstairs to make them aware of the filthy floors, dirty garments in the drawer, and the nasty bathroom they then tell us that they don’t have housekeeping after 3 PM. We asked for new linen and eventually we were told they could give us a new top sheet. We never got it. There was no legit, clean ice machine with ice. The breakfast was ok, they did not have the simple staples like yougurt, toast or bagels etc. The front desk clerk was in charge of everything so refilling eggs and sausage was difficult. Same for the grits packets, not sure if they had oatmeal packs
