不滿:整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
The staff had a new system that no one understood.
They scanned my credit card and then advised me that they made a mistake and should not have charged my card for the room because I had paid through Expedia.
The second floor was being renovated and there was active painting going on and dry wall dust everywhere.
They agreed to give us another room but the toilet wouldn’t flush so we asked for another room but none were available so the next morning we were forced to check out but we could not get a refund!
I deserve a full refund
