The driveway dirt and rocks which is rough especially for motorcycle. Owner allowed easy early check in and we were able to park motorcycles in garage which was awesome. "Such a wonderful stay for a girls’ weekend! The property was more than we expected. Beautiful views and a prime location to restaurants and shops. We had a such a great time. It was so homey and cozy. The porch looks out to Lake Winni and we watched the sunset and rise. The hosts were great and so easy to communicate with. Would 100% recommend!! "The boat was just as pictured but the views of the fall foliage were even better than imagined. It was like glamping on the water. Perfectly situated near all the attractions of Laconia and Meredith, walking distance to several great establishments. Property manager extremely friendly and helpful I was pleasantly surprised that pool and hot tub were still open this late in the season. We would definitely come back"
