“Beautiful modern log home with all amenities with beautiful view on protected marsh/lake in the heart of the Laurentians. Had a wonderful extended family getaway. Everyone was impressed with the accommodations and location. We stayed in August so no issues with driving in. Only 8 minutes from Ste-Adele centre, about 15 minutes to Val David. Many hikes, lakes restaurants and other activities within a short distance. Our group participated in various hikes, zip-lining, paddle-boarding, terrace……

“What a fantastic treehouse surprise! Absolutely beautiful and truly in the forest but steps away from a lovely sauna and hot tub, and the nicest host even has four laying hens! The route we took included some 1-2km twisty dirt road and felt like a real adventure. We stayed here for a romantic birthday two night stay while taking an excellent blacksmithing course at nearby Vans Blacksmithing in Hawkesbury, and stayed another day for open forge time. Will definitely come again! Nice extra touch-……

“Bedroom furniture needs replacing (lumpy mattress and frame makes a terribly loud noise if you move) but otherwise a great place to relax and enjoy. Resort amenities were excellent. Cabin was spotless.”

“My family stayed here for 4 nights. We were blown away by the house which is very clean, well set up, and in an unbelievably beautiful woodsy setting next to a river. I mean right next to a river. We wish we could pick the whole thing up and put it down everywhere we want to travel. One warning: Montréal traffic is bad so the house is not great for visiting Montréal unless you give yourself a lot of time to get there.”

“The place is spacious and great for a family. Resort amenities were a bonus. Would be especially great once the outdoor pool was open but we were a little early in the season. Just remember to take and wear lots of bug spray”

“Ideally situated and well appointed cottage with a fantastic hot tub/pool. We enjoyed the tranquil surroundings and proximity to ski hills and trails. A broader selection of board games would be useful on rainy days but the fireplace keeps everything toasty and perfect for après-ski. Will recommend to friends and family.”

“Love Nest Chalet exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful, private and extremely clean. The chalet had a classic cottage feel with a modern twist and all the extra finishing touches. It offered an array of necessities and then some. We initially planned to do things in the area but we were so happy with our paradise in the trees we just stayed in and enjoyed all it had to offer. The hosts were lovely and communicated with us regularly right after booking up until we left. You……
