“The house was exactly as advertised. It had a few maintenance issues that the owner is taking care of. Initially, we had a couple of major problems but the manager & the owner came out and immediately called workers out and corrected the problems. The covered porch was wonderful. “The property had amazing views. The best part was waking up in the morning to the sound of birds and other wild life and having chef prepared breakfast :) Some reviews did mention the bugs: you're in nature; it's expected and you get used to it and they do have pest control. No AC, but they provided fans and it was comfortable. Place is MUCH larger than the pictures. Highly recommend hiring James to cook for you!! We had him prepare breakfast daily! He's amazing and it makes getting started……
