“Beautiful outdoor setting at the top of the hill, with beautiful blue pool and string lights. Great views of the surrounding area and nature. The cottages are clean and well done. Surrounded by nature. Good restaurant. We had pesto pasta with shrimps, and garlic shrimp. Strawberry daiquiri was also great. The bike park and high end bike rentals sound awesome. We didn't try them. Friendly service. We also happened to talk to some of the owners. Great to hear what they are trying to do for the……

“We loved our stay in La Fortuna! The place was clean and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner one night. The host was very accommodating and answered all of our questions. He also sent someone over to fix the hot tub while we were in town so we could enjoy it that evening. The house is about 15 min to town which was perfect. We loved visiting the rope swing, the coffee and chocolate tour and hanging out in the hot tub in the rain. ”

“Loved this place, the property is beautiful with lots of trees and the river right behind it that my kids wnjoyed exploring. Felt very inmersed in the Costa rican nature and the place itself had verything we needed and accomodted all of us bif family. Loved the clean white cotton bed sheets and soft mattresses. We cooked several meals there and reated very well. The personnel was excellent and helpful. Had our clothes washed in 2 hours right on time for our trip.Th”

“The villa was beautiful and spacious! Only one thing the hot water wasn't working and maybe they can add a safety bar for when stepping up or out of the tub/shower because it's a high step. The host was wonderful and went out of her way to make us feel like home.”

“We were delighted to stay at Villa Trentino, which is a 10-15 minute walk from downtown La Fortuna. Yorlenny was a great hostess, very responsive. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The yard is gorgeous, and when the rain finally let us we saw four toucans in the tree next to the property. ”

“This 2 story rental villa has a great view of Volcan Arenal from the second story. It overlooks a farm with elephant grass used for grazing animals. The location is about 2 km south of the center of La Fortuna, so a car is necessary. It is close to several of the tour outfitters that do canyoneering and rafting. It is initially hard to see on your first visit (look for the Sapiens sign on Ruta 702) because the group of 3 houses are set 70 meters south of the road and accessed via a thin 1 lane……

“The purpose of our trip is to have an active and fun, exotic vacation, and we accomplished it all. William (property manager) has booked and recommended all fun activities for us at very good price and balanced quite time with active time. I highly recommend private chef, good food, and thanksgiving dinner was absolutely delicious. Juds have enjoyed massages, pools and nature a lot ”
