“I considered hotel to be comfortable however I was very disappointed not receiving room service after talking with housekeeping working on our floor early in the morning and notifying the front desk in person. My family went out and returned - still no room service. “Check in was great, friendly front desk staff. Hotel feels on the smaller side in the lobby and on the main floor hallways, but it’s very clean. “The basics were good - bed was comfortable, room was quiet, shower was good. Room itself was showing it age (only 1 bolt holding toilet seat on, toilet ran after every flush, shower was stained, etc.). Breakfast was so disappointing that I went elsewhere.
