"We always love staying at Le Cristal de Jade when visiting Chamonix; it’s our go-to place! The property is beautifully maintained, and the pool area is a wonderful spot to relax after a day out in the mountains. One area for improvement would be ensuring the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before check-in. During our last stay, we noticed it wasn’t as spotless as we’ve come to expect. "We’ve been to this hotel 3 years ago and we loved it. That’s why we returned this year. The place is nice, good parking, close to the train, nice pool, nice view, clean. But this time the furniture was no longer in good condition: bed was broken, the couch also had a problem - was difficult to sleep, the chairs looked bad even if they had a cover. And it wasn’t only in our room as our friends had the same in their apartment. That’s a pitty as the property is great."
