We booked a twin room with windows, but that ended up being a windowless room with a king size bed. We are pretty sure that it did not say the room has no windows on your website when we booked it. It is a real scam. We are upset with the dishonesty Hotels.com handles customers’ booking. And because of this unfortunate incident we will never use Hotels.con again.

Great value accommodation
The service is attentive and the interior space of the room is very spacious. But the sound insulation is poor. The carpet in the hallway feels old and dirty.

I had an incredibly disappointing and distressing experience during my stay. At around 7 PM, amidst heavy rain, I thought I had lost my mobile phone after alighting from the car. Panicked, I approached the guard on duty to request assistance in reviewing the CCTV footage. To my shock, the guard refused to help and walked away without even acknowledging my request.
While I was still trying to seek assistance and followed the guard into the lift, a male hotel guest standing next to the guard suddenly yelled at me, aggressively shouting, “Shut up!” and “Get out!” His behavior was threatening, as if he might physically attack me at any moment. Apparently, he assumed I was cutting the queue, though I was completely unaware that the guard was attending to his request at the time.
What made this ordeal worse was the guard’s reaction—or lack thereof. He stood by silently, doing nothing to address the escalating situation or to de-escalate the harassment I was facing in the lift. His inaction not only made me feel unsafe but also left me questioning the professionalism and basic courtesy of the staff.
All I needed was reassurance that the guard would assist me later, but instead, I was left feeling vulnerable and unsupported. This experience has significantly marred my perception of the hotel’s service and safety standards. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements proper training for staff to handle such situations appropriately.
