We stayed for a full week in mid-March. Great property. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spotless room. Heated bathroom floors. Our room had a nice bathtub/shower combo. We used their laundry service a couple of times. We had large, opening windows that overlooked their courtyard. Pros worth special mention: Spotless Wonderful housekeeping Very helpful staff Perfect location within walking distance of major attractions Cons worth mentioning: My wife and I both thought the bed was too firm. This is just a personal preference. Others may appreciate the firmness. Both pillows were too soft, in our opinion. Again, just personal preference. Bonus: There is a grocery store directly across the street. Most of the signage is in Polish but most people we talked to spoke English. The camera mode on Google Translate will be your friend.

Located between Krakow Old Town and Jewish Quarter, this was perfect walking distance to everywhere. Suite was massive, Spotlessly clean with mini fridge in the room too. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends It was perfect. Breakfast each morning from 7am was also magnificent and set us all up for the day ahead. FIVE STARS *****

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Leider fährt die Eisenbahn und die Straßenbahn ( die sehr laut ist) ganz nah am Hotel vorbei. Mit offenem Fenster kann man leider nicht schlafen.

Mi única queja del hotel es que contraté una habitación para 3 personas con 3 camas individuales, que según la foto, así eran, y nos encontramos dos camas individuales y una de plegatín que parecía ser para un niño enfermito o tu tío que viene del pueblo de visita. This hotel was great for everything we found . Travelled with husband and son and stayed in triple room which was very comfortable, spacious and warm, especially as when we were there it was February and very cold outside. Tea and coffee in room was also a bonus. Staff were very helpful and restaurant staff friendly. Loved happy hour! Perfectly situated for walking around Krakow only 12 minutes walk from Krakow old town and 6 minutes from the Jewish district . Would highly recommend if visiting Krakow for the first time and wanting to see and absorb the history of the area - the Melex cars are a good way to do this without getting lost and tired with all the walking- these are the electric golf cart buggies that you can hire with commentary , we had a great driver who stopped and waited for us to look around and take pictures and answered all of our questions. The restaurants all look very good in fact we wandered for ages trying to make our minds up , as did others we met doing the same thing - in truth we didn’t have a bad meal anywhere - all reasonable prices compared to England and excellent service all round. A must is to try the street food in the Jewish quarter- absolutely delicious and spoilt for choice. All in all we had a very emotional and humbling visit to this beautiful place and are coming again just before Christmas to enjoy the beautiful square and Christmas market.

お部屋は広く、天井も高いしキレイでゆったり過ごせました。アメニティはさほどありません。スリッパもバスローブやパジャマもなかったです。それらは持って行っていたのですが、バスルームにはボディソープしかなかったので、向かいにあるスーパーで急遽買いました。 無料の、ペットボトルでお水もガス入りガス無しと2本ずつあり、飲み物には困りませんでした。シャワーの水圧が弱かったのも残念でしたが、基本的には満足しています。

Great location, short walk to the old town and the Jewish quarter, room was modern, spacious and clean and all staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again if I return to krakow. Only downfall was there is only 1 English Channel on the tv which was the news.

We loved our stay there. The staff was amazing. The receptionist were very helpful in scheduling our tours and transportation. The restaurant and breakfast was great and convenient. It’s the perfect location to walk everywhere. The only thing I would say that for this hotel to be a 5 star would be in the small details like having wash rags available, maybe some robes, something other than a wash cap for free toiletries (although the staff makes up for it with their amazing service specially Adriana helping us with our tours and giving any information we asked for), but that’s wasn’t not a deal breaker at all for us. The cleanliness, service and food was lovely and we would stay there every time we visit.
