Dette hotellet har alt en kan ønske seg: det kan ikke bli mer sentralt, det er lett tilgjengelig/lett fremkommelig, en helt nydelig frokost med super kaffe, veldig komfortable rom og en estetikk som er unik i denne byen. Selve bygget er gammelt, men rommene er ganske minimalistiske i sin stilart, samtidig som dekoren er tidløs. Jeg kommer definitivt til å velge dette hotellet igjen, hvis jeg drar tilbake til Krakow.

We stayed at this property for six nights and had a wonder stay. The location of the hotel is perfectly situated - adjacent to the old town square with tons of dining, shopping and sightseeing all within a few steps of the hotel doors. The rooms were quite spacious, very clean and comfortable.

Fantastic hotel with a beautiful interior and spacious rooms. The SPA facilities are charming and atmospheric, making for a truly relaxing experience. The massage was incredible — a big thank you to the gentleman with the magic touch! All the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. And the baked-in-house cake my husband ordered for my birthday was absolutely delicious.

Absolutely top notch hotel. Better than any other similar rated establishment. The interior is stunning and you get a true sense of this being a restored historical place. The wellness centre in the basement is amazing. The staff was amazing - courteous, friendly. The only things I would have preferred was tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms and extr pillows available, but Im sure I could have asked for that. Restaurant is expensive. Will most certainly go there again on my next stay at Krakow

Exceptional

Beautiful, understated hotel. High design, quality and exceptional attention to detail. The ONLY thing we noticed was the lack of sound insulation. You can hear conversations and bathrooms next door very clearly so just bring some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Everything else about the property (spa, interior design and location, to name a few) make up for this one tiny detail. We’ve already recommended the hotel to a friend and we already have plans to return.

Hotel molto confortevole, personale molto disponibile e attento. Prima colazione eccezionale, prodotti di qualità e ampia scelta tra dolce e salato e proposta anche alla carta. Convenient location in the old town

The hotel is in excellent location. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There are few points that need improvement. First, we found the room being too dark. No coffee/tea maker in the room. Also, no convenient outlets for charging phones. When we asked, they brought us an extension. It did not feel like a 5-star hotel.

A beautiful hotel, with an excellent onsite restaurant and great breakfast. Also, they have a wonderful pool, sauna, steam room and spa. Highly recommended if you want to be in the heart of Kraków’s vibrant Old Town.

Udmærket hotel med rigtig god beliggenhed. God restaurant men med et smalt menu kort og i den dyre ende. Vi var på juletur og hotellet lå helt tæt på det store flotte julemarked. Fredag var der til at komme frem og tilbage på markedet, men lørdag var der alt for mange mennesker. Alt i alt en god juletur til Krakow
