“My friend and I needed a base camp for a fishing trip on the Trinity River and a nice place to cook a nice dinner and relax at the end of the day. We were within 10 to 30 minutes of all the boat launches where we meet our guides, and came back to a well equipped kitchen and charcoal grill to prepare a nice fresh fish dinner. We’d sit on the dock dunking worms to end each evening. We will be back!”

“It was a lovely home located in a nicely manicured and quiet neighborhood. The interior was spacious, comfortable, attractive and clean. It provided plenty of seating for all 10 guests in the dinning areas as well as in the gathering rooms. I would easily and happily recommend or revisit the location. ”

“The house was lovely, the yard needed mowing badly. Was disappointed the yard was not fenced. We thought a pet friendly property would have a fenced yard. The neighborhood was awful. We tried to not go out at night. Neighbors had large groups of people outside almost all the time they played loud vulgar music. The yard had little cockle burrs bad. They got into our little 6 pound senior dogs fur so bad we had to take him to the animal er to get them out on Saturday.”

“This home was exactly as advertised. Very clean and just as pictured. We had no problems with the property at all. There are a few small details that would have made my overall stay 5 star. Having use of the garage for my handicapped mother would have made it more convenient to enter the home especially with the heavy rain conditions. Also, the no pets if any kind, even service animals seems unfair to those who require them. It didn't apply to our situation,but it doesn't seem right. Finally,……

“Well maintained, elegantly furnished house. Tons of outdoor living space. Our family really enjoyed the hot tub/jacuzzi as well as swimming and kayaking in the lake. The kids were extremely excited about the hammock and loft beds. The owners put a lot of time and effort into making the entire house an experience. The outdoor living spaces, especially were thoughtfully put together and provided. Definitely would stay here again.”
