"It was an amazing stay. Everything was first class"

"Excellent location, we were upgraded to a cabin as the glamping pods weren't in use and the cabin was amazing! There was a beautiful hot tub/bath in the room and it felt super cosy with the log burner. The breakfast was good, however we didnt try the bbq for dinner as it seemed very expensive and there were lots of local restaurants that were significantly cheaper and just as delicious. The only negative was that they didnt replenish the logs and on the last few nights didnt replace the towels in their usual place and just left them in the doorway on the mat where you leave your shoes which didnt feel very clean. Despite this, I would still highly recommend as ovedall we loved our experience. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all helpful and kind. The food was delicious (be prepared for A LOT of food at breakfast and dinner) and we loved our in-room onsen . The hotel is showing its age with some visible wear and tear but it didn’t detract from the enjoyment of our stay. The location can’t be beat. I would definitely recommend staying here.
