“This hotel is new, so it was going to have a few hiccups. We had several problems with the place. First, there is no sign from the main road. At the gate, twice the guard told us there was no hotel, yet both neighbors told us it was next door (it was). Then, the hotel reservation system was not connected to hotels.com and they did not have our reservation. Staff handled it well, though unfortunately had to move another family. The room itself felt like no one had ever used it! Interesting,……
