There are going to turn down the building soon, that explains everything!!
We went there as a present to my Dads 80th birthday and spend a lot of,- € a night to have something special for him… but we got something totally different from our expectations! When we arrived we realized, that the former Renter had been there with 22 !!! Peoples … and the cleaning company really had a lot of work to make it acceptable. Thanks again to them! But here are our reasons for being upset: The advertisement was: Luxury.. there was no more luxury to see. There supposed to be 3 Toilets, but one was closed (for a long time as we found out to late by another booking service advertisement), one (on the ground floor) had an very bad smell (because of being old?) . The Building itself was not in a good shape at all. The steps to the entrance had been broken. The only positive point was the location. It is ok to rent for maximum a bit-€ a night for young people. But NOT for people looking for something nice.
