"Location is good, easy to access, a convenience stall is just opposite to the hotel. It's a matter of luck to look for a slot in its multi-storey carpark. The room is comfortable and reasonably big enough, The elevators are snail-liked slow. It's better to look for restaurants somewhere else than to have buffet dinner in their restaurant. Would be much more customer-need-oriented if the hot spring service could be provide until 1:00am. It's too early to close at 12:00midnight. Frontdesk staffs are nice. "

"雖然地點距離由布院車站有點遠，但旅館有提供接送服務，預先跟旅館預約就沒有問題。職員友善親切，雖然我們語言上有些小障礙，但職員都很用心講解旅館設施，溝通還是可以的。房間整潔，只是wifi有點約，其他人在走廊經過會聽到腳步聲。食物方面，晚餐和早餐都很美味。我會推薦由布院清孔苑日式旅館給其他人。"

"停車場收費800 日元 有私湯，有公共大浴場，唯一是浸完私湯沒有水機飲水，大致上很乾淨，十分舒適 房間很大，電視有直播看空缺私湯 早餐十分豐富，很多選擇，但太早了，9:30 關門，可延長更好"
