Such a wonderful place! Right on the water, the beach was lovely, Richard was so accomodating and was there whenever we needed him. We rented a car from him, which was so great to get around Koh Samui in. Everything was as it said it would be, we can't wait to return!

Hidden Gem
We had an amazing time in this great villa. It was exactly as pictured and described. The villa is immaculate. Lots of space, beds are comfortable and the rooms are big. The pool and so close to the villa and the beach is literally a few steps away. Great beach and it is very private. Ping Pong (the host) is fantastic and very helpful. If you need anything you text him and he will guide you in the right direction. We originally booked a week but decided to stay linger and we are glad we did. Good choices for restaurants close by. If you want a quiet area this is the villa for you and your family. Joan was great to deal with and easy to coordinate payment through. Thanks again Joan for allowing us to stay in your wonderful Villa

Beautiful Villa on the Beach
We had a lovely stay at the beach. The house looks like the pictures and the property is beautifully maintained. Ping Pong is very helpful! It was a quiet area, as we were there during the off season. The pool was a huge bonus, since swimming right at the beach is difficult with all the coral.

Beautiful holiday!
Stunning setting in beautiful gardens, with a lovely pool that we made use of multiple times every day. The house was really lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. Very quiet part of town, but still places to eat within walking distance & 24hour family mart for basics. Pingpong was wonderful organising taxis, clothes washing, sightseeing (going to the elephant sanctuary was a highlight!), etc. This villa comes highly recommended from us!

stunning location, authentic villa a real taste of Koh Samui
The villa is well equipped and has everything you need. Local shops make it easy to get things on a daily basis. The beach is stunning and literally a 30 second walk from the villa. We were a party of 8 and the villa has ample of space for everyone. The pool is nice and cool but my daughters hair did turn green from the clorine and all of our costumes were discoloured. I can not explain how helpful pingpong was - he could not do enough to help us and was alway quick to reply to emails. He managed to get a car, that held us all, for 24hrs we paid 2000bht (about £45) this includes all insurances and petrol. We visited the local waterfalls and they are well worth going to see. The fisherman’s village is also worth going to we really enjoyed ‘Enjoy’ and ‘Cocco tams’ for places to eat and drink. Joan was amazing with all contact before we left the UK and answered all question thouroghly and fully. If I was going to suggest any changes it would be that the bed sheets are changed (these were not done when maids came in) and we had problems with hot water in kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Even with this in mind we would go back :)

Wow!! Amazing location
When we arrived we were greeted by the management of the villa Pingpong. He was very attentive and was there if we ever needed him throughout our stay. The villa is in an amazing location. The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained. The infinity pool is so welcoming with a lovely view of the island opposite. The villa was cleaned twice a week and we had everything we needed. There is no oven but we didn't miss it as we ate out most lunch times and every evening. There is a footpath which leads down to the beach and it is beautiful!!! 5 mins walk either way and there are restaurants so if you didn't want to leave the villa you didn't have too. Chaweng was the nearest busy area and it cost us 100 THB each but only when there was 7 of us getting a ride. We caught them a couple of times with 4 of us and they wanted more!! We walked out on to the main road and taxi's beep if they have space to take you all. Tesco's is a 20 min ride away for a big shop. We thought being Tesco's it would have products we knew of.... it didn't! It's all Thai food. So many new, lovely things to try. We will definitely be returning again. Great communication from the owner, FABULOUS location and one of the most relaxing holidays ever!!

A spacious villa that had everything our family needed. The accommodation was very clean and well maintained- the shared pool was perfect and only a 30 second walk to the beach. The local contact for the villa was very helpful and ensured we had local advice when we needed it.

Ruhig und wunderschön
Tolle Unterkunft mit vielen Küchenartikeln, ausreichend Handtüchern, super Klimaanlagen und genug Plätze zum Entspannen. Hübsch bepflanzte Anlage mit Pool und Sicht direkt zum Meer. Ein paar Meter und man befindet sich am weichen Sandstrand. Bei Flut kann man auch gut schwimmen. Man hat den Strandabschnitt für sich alleine und entkommt dem Touristentrubel. Die Kommunikation und der Service über WhatsApp war einwandfrei. Kann ich jedem, insbesondere mit Kindern, empfehlen!

Very nice House
its a very nice Thai style modern House. Everything was good for my Family and me especialy Richard the Manager was very helpfull in any way. The Pool is nice the Beach is nice. The only thing its a bit of from Shops. We would come back.

Das Objekt hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Positiv zu erwähnen war die Ausstattung des Hauses und v.a. der Küche, so dass Selbstversorgung kein Problem darstellt. Einzig die zur Verfügung gestellten Informationen beim Check-In Vorgang könnten ein wenig verbessert werden - evt. z.B. durch eine Informationsmappe. So z.B. wo fussläufig was erreichbar ist, wohin der Müll gebracht werden kann, etc. Ganz toll war die französische Bäckerei auf der Straße gleich neben der Anlage.

Kleines Paradies mit ruhigem Strand
Das Haus ist toll, die Betreuung vorher und während des Aufenthaltes super, der Pool genial und immer eine schöne Abkühlung und der Strand sehr ruhig, fast privat. Wir haben es sehr genossen, nach den Ausflügen immer wieder in unser kleines "Paradies" zurück zu kommen. Die Möglichkeit der Aircon ist super bei den Temperaturen. Der Reinigungsservice zwei mal die Woche klasse. Was man wissen sollte: das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, man kann sich durch die Wände mit den Nachbarzimmern verständigen. Leider auch von der Straße dauerhaft viel Lärm, aber das lässt sich ausblenden. :-) Es gibt in alle Richtungen nette Restaurants, auch die kleinen an der Straße gegenüber kann man nur empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke für alles.

Vi är 8 st vuxna som hyrt detta mysiga hus I två veckor. Passade oss perfekt, några steg till polen och ytterligare bara några steg till stranden. Verandan med stort runt bord och gott om utrymme , där var vi mest hela tiden. Ett nytt fint kök och bra med ytor även inne I huset. Bra service från Ping-Pong. Vi skulle gärna vilja att det fanns solstolar till alla, nu fans det bara två stycken. Vi är alla mer änn nöjda och skulle gärna komma åter. Tack för denna gang / Irene

La villa correspond exactement à la description. Propre bien équipée. La personne responsable de l'accueil est très très bien, elle peut s'occuper de tout, donne de très bons conseils. L'endroit est paradisiaque, la plage est belle. La mer n'est pas profonde à cet endroit, il faut faire au moins 150 mètres pour avoir du fond. C'est très calme car la villa se situe au nord ouest donc du coup loin de l'aéroport et du centre très animé pour les jeunes. Si vous voulez vous déplacer il faut prévoir des scooters, environ 200 baths la journée.

Sehr schöne Villa in gepflegter Anlage unmittelbar am Strand
Die Villa bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich im Familienurlaub wünscht. Die Schlafzimmer sind hinreichend geräumig, klimatisiert und mit Schränken und Ablageflächen gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist funktional und erlaubt die Zubereitung aller Mahlzeiten. Die Badezimmer sind ebenfalls funktional ausgestattet.

Traumurlaub in perfekter Umgebung
Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen lang einen traumhaften Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Villa im Thai-Stil. Wir waren 6 Personen und hatten genügend Platz in der großen Villa mit 4 Schlafzimmern. Sie war gut ausgestattet, so das wir bei der Zubereitung fürs Frühstück oder anderer Mahlzeiten auf nichts verzichten mussten. Die Inneneinrichtung war für das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis vollkommen in Ordnung. 5 min entfernt war ein kleiner Supermarkt und auch Geldautomaten, wo man das notwendigste bekommen konnte. Die Ferienanlage liegt mit direkten Zugang am Meer an einem mit Kokospalmen gesäumten wunderschönen und nicht überlaufenen Strand. Direkt am Strand sind kleine Restaurants , wo man preiswerte und sehr gute thailändische Küche genießen konnte. Einfach herrlich. Bei der Anmietung von Mopeds oder der Organisation von Ausflügen bzw. Taxis war uns Mister Ping Pong immer sehr behilflich , man konnte sich mit jedem Problem an ihn wenden. (nur in englisch). Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub für Ruhesuchende. Wenn man Trubel sucht oder mal ausgehen möchte muss man ca. 10 min. mit dem Moped fahren oder sich ein Taxi nehmen.. Alles kein Problem.. Wir können die Ferienanlage nur empfehlen... Fam. Bednarz und Freunde /Deutschland

Tolle Anlage mit schönem Garten direkt am Meer
Wir haben 2 Wochen mit 6 Erwachsenen in der Villa T3 gewohnt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Schönes Haus im Thaistil eingerichtet. Schöner großer Pool vor der Haustüre und keine 50 Meter zum Meer. Einziger Mangel ist, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Hervorheben möchte ich, dass sowohl die Besitzer des Hauses als auch der Verwalter der Anlage Mr. PINGPONG sehr bemüht waren und sowohl die Buchung als auch der Aufenthalt reibungslos verliefen. Anmerken möchte ich noch, dass es in den anderen Häusern der Anlage teilweise erhebliche Mängel und Beschwerden der Mieter gab, da der Zustand der Häuser von den Besitzern abhängig ist. Alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub der speziell in diesem Haus empfehlenswert ist.

Heerlijk verblijf! Lovely stay
We had a great week at the villa! The service was good and the beach was only 20 steps away from out villa. The pool was lovely and spacious enough due to the fact only 2 villas were occupied, I wonder how it goes when all are (especially with reagard to beds and parasols). There were a few nice restaurants at the beach nearby (10 min and 2 min walk) and on the mainstreet on a 3 min walk a 24h supermarket. The villa itself was spacious, traditional and all kitchen supply we needed was there. Some "attention points": very noisy, thin walls, the bathroom below is very warm when 2 people have showered and it doesn't always smells that nice. A shower right at the pool would be very usefull. We did a tour with the scooter around the island, but we can certainly recommend this area and beach if you don't like the mass-tourism. It was really nice and quiet, but still all you would need on walking distance! Thanks for a lovely stay!
