“Very nice condo in a very nice building Location is excellent and room had great view of Pattaya Private gate with full time on site security was a big plus Rooftop pool is magnificent Host is very helpful”

“Property management was very good at explaining the check in process and check out was quick and easy. Room was clean and everything worked great. Cleaning service was very quick and did a great job cleaning. Everything is within walking distance. If I visit Pattaya again, I will be staying here.”

“一行十四人，訂了五天，七間房， check in時只有一個不懂英文的泰國人跟我們溝通， 由於他們的疏忽，引致我用了約三小時才可以拿足七間房間鎖匙， 朋友的房間，廁所有異味，我的房間，天花發霉地板 脹起， 取鎖匙後每間房需立刻交500泰珠清潔費， 公寓內沒有牙刷牙膏， 洗頭水及沐浴露亦只是手指尾這麼大樽， 沒有任何服務， 沒有洗衣機， 風筒壞 泳池污糟， 根本不夠膽游水！ 價錢貴與相片不符， 所有朋友都向我投訴， 非常之失望”

“房間對出是工地，蠻多沙塵及噪音。位置還是不錯，步行到沙灘還是蠻方便的。房間的裝橫已有點舊，但以這個價錢來說性價比高”

“The pros are a great location and the suite itself is big. The negatives are the lock box didnt work, cable tv box didnt work, the suit itself was dirty; luckily there was a washing machine because I had to clean the bedding right away, one day I had house keeping ( I know the property says limited house keeping) they left my door unlocked and had all lights and window's left open. I lock everything and make sure the door is locked ( afterall my valuables were in there) so I know I didn't……
