Iam writing to express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of my recent stay at your property.Firstly, the lighting in the room was problematic. The reading light could not be used independently of the main light, which was highly inconvenient. Additionally, the room itself was very small, making the stay less comfortable than expected.Moreover, the air conditioning in the room did not work at all, which made it difficult to relax, especially during warmer periods.There was also an incident during breakfast that I find unacceptable. When my girlfriend politely asked for butter, a staff member rudely responded, “Butter finished today,” in an unpleasant tone. Such behavior is unprofessional and far below the standard we expected.Lastly, the welcome drink we were promised upon arrival was never brought to us, which further added to our disappointment.
