“We rented a car from the airport and drive to here (within 1h). It is near Chillva market and Andamanda Water Park (within 10min drive). It is also close to Phuket Old Town (within 15 mins drive) with lots of beautiful cafe and restaurants there! This hotel is relatively “high tech” and would recommend you to download their App if you need their services (rather self serve style). It is also pets friendly. We were staying at building C which is quiet, we do not hear any noise at night and……

“唔明點解會喺五星級酒店，清潔房間欠佳，已用所有用品沒有補給，要問為什麼不補給之後，，才每天補回，基本是沒有清潔的，地下有死嘅昆蟲每日都見到佢，早餐好一般，保存食物一般，鮮奶酸的，種類又不多，交通不方便，沒有接駁車，如果沒有自駕就超級不方便了，最近商場都要15至20分鐘車程，問題佢係收五星級價錢，不值，還是很多選擇，沒有下次了”

“The actual resort was far less than what the pictures portrayed on the website. Only thing that was good about the place was the staff who were very kind and helpful. The A/C did not work well, the mattresses were so hard might as well slept on the floor, food was so so. Spent as much time as we could away from the place. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless major changes were made to the resort”

"The room is clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning is very sufficient. The hotel pool facilities are great, with a slide that allows children to play. There are many dining options, and I recommend choosing an all-inclusive package. Breakfast can be quite crowded, and the bacon is often unavailable. The scrambled eggs need to be ordered in advance, and the coffee area is also very busy. However, the restaurant service is excellent at other times."

"Overall, hotel is very nice with easy commute to Patong city center either by walking or TukTuk. The initial hotel check in was good, room cleanliness could have been improved - there were some dirty areas, most likely because the hotel was at high occupancy and in a rush to get ready for next guest. "

"自助早餐選擇豐富，食物質素好， check in好快辦妥，房間闊落寬敞, 告知為慶祝週年紀念, 在房間特意裝飾, 還有奉上蛋糕, 真貼心, 海景房開揚, 但房內架子很少，浴室內亦沒有掛扣，有點不便, 不過有機會下次會再入住"
