“We came and the guard didn’t let us in, we waited for 4hrs and keep coming back and cannot reach the host as per the guard, we booked 1 night to another hotel and came back the next day and still can’t reach the owner, I called the Expedia and saying the host said we are no show… really? We spent money for booking and no show? Waited outside for many hours and that’s what we got? I need the money back!”

“The house is really nice and spacious for my 20 pax family. I love the great location, its in an elite area and only 5 Minutes away from Paradigm Mall and the area is well secured with security personnel making rounds all the time especially at night. I also like the electric gate and beautiful garden. The house is beautiful although the amenities need to be serviced and well maintained like the sometimes blocked sink in the kitchen and the blocked drain in some of the showers upstairs and……

“This is our 4th time staying in this hotel. This largely sums up our satisfaction in this hotel. Location is within walking distance from the busiest area yet remains to have its quietness. Admittedly there are areas of ageing signs and attentions such as the ensuite bathroom door. Overall, cleanliness and services are remaining at a high standard. This stay has again been a very pleasant experience.”
