This property is of average quality in a brand which generally is not known for higher end or luxury facilities.
It is distinctly overpriced for what it offers, but we are ALL-Accor members, so some leverage to ask for things was worth the extra price.
The staff largely is comprised of fairly nice people with the exception of the front desk, someone named Monika, whose behavior over the time spent there escalated from slightly argumentative on arrival to out and out disrespectful, both to other members of our party, and eventually to me.
I regret having prepaid two days here, because I’d like to leave right away, when bullied for 10€ for parking, after having clearly instructing that a) there was a do not call request for today, and b ) clearly stating that I didn’t want to discuss 10€ at that moment, and would happily pay same before checkout,
this person nonetheless persisted in attempting to extract a commitment from me as to exactly how and when I would pay 10€ to the point where I needed to hang up the phone.
Does this facility hire collection agents for hospitality jobs? Who behaves this way?
Im not here, having prepaid two nights and being a rewards member, to have my credibility rudely questioned by some ill-mannered college student, and over 10€.
All the other discrepancies were tolerable until today’s unacceptably thoughtless phone call.
For the price one pays, where is the money going if people like this are hired?
