“Welcoming, clean, spacious, comfortable home in the midst of Amish country in Lancaster County. Perfect place for 4 longtime friends from Rhode Island to Florida to stay for a wonderful reunion. Helpful and friendly owners, definitely recommend.”

“This cabin is delightful. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning kept up with 90+ degree days and 80 degree nights! I couldn't find any sugar for tea but the sausages left by the hosts were delicious. My only regret was being unable to eat the homemade chocolate chip cookies left by the host (allergy. ) i would definitely stay there again!”

“The pictures do not do this property justice. We have stayed at water's edge several times, and every time we go there have been more improvements made. This house has absolutely everything you could ever ask for. We had a large party of 16 and there was plenty of space in the house for all of us. Our favorite place to hang out was in the huge open concept kitchen / living room area, as well as the decks that overlook the river. My four-year-old son loved watching the trains go by. It's in close……

“The house looks just like the photos. Everything was neat and clean and the property was perfect for our young children. They loved the bunk beds and playing in the pond and we even had a chance to play with the fireflies all around the yard on our last night. If we ever came up this way again, we’d definitely book with this property.”

“Ted and Sharon are great hosts. The bungalow was clean, comfortable and cozy. It was a great location and close to many things to do. I would highly recommend Dutch Wonderland for an amusement park experience for young kids. Our grandchildren were 8 & 5 and they loved there time there. We had a great family vacation at the bungalow.”

“Stayed here to attend US open LPGA tournament with 3 friends. Nice accommodations, walking distance to several markets, eataries, etc. We enjoyed the back firepit area alot. At times neighborhood could get noisy w car radios but subsided fairly quickly. Nice large bathrooms, comfy beds, and couch. Kitchen could use some more pans, utensils but we made do. Easy entry/checkout, good communications with host. Would rent again if in the area.”

“This place worked great for our family. There were toys for the kids and the hot tub was a bonus! Kitchen had EVERYTHING I needed to cook. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Where do I begin describing how perfect the lake house is? The views, the house, the deck (equipped with a private hot tub), the riverfront property, bird watching, and the overall serenity of the house is difficult to even put into words. We came as a family of 10 of all ages ranging from 91-4, and we all kept busy and found many things to entertain us that we absolutely loved. Just bring your bug spray and a good book… surely you will not regret coming to the lake house for a peaceful retreat.”
