5BR WATERFRONT HOUSE w/ dock- Family getaway

This listing features a completely private access home with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 indoor dining areas, 2 living areas, and outdoor amenities. Two bedrooms are in the back-wing of the home and share direct access to a bathroom. These bedrooms include a queen size bed and a full bed/twin bed combo. Two additional bedrooms are located in the newer construction front-wing on the main floor. Each of these bedrooms features a king size bed. The second bathroom is located on the main floor off of the hallway. The final bedroom and bathroom are on the second story at the top of the stairs. This bedroom features a queen bed and a dedicated office space.

The front-wing and back-wing of the home feature separate living/dining/kitchen areas. There is also a living/dining space on the porch alongside the back-wing that provides gorgeous views of the water all day.

Outside, there is a grilling area, firepit, playground, front gardens, and the dock available for guests to use as they wish. Kayaks are available for guests and can be launched from the dock with little effort.

Excellent weekend getaway
The property was beautiful. Outside area well maintained. If we had not had other plans, wr could have stayed there the whole weekend and never left.

Great house
Great home and nice location. The living room area was spacious and beds were comfortable. My only complaint was that the A/C for the upstairs could not be controlled but had to be adjusted by the property manager. But everything else was great

The rooms were in good condition, although there were no dressers in many of the rooms or enough closet space. Found tiny ants in the kitchen over by the coffee maker. Looked like more effort could have been put into the place. There were door mats which were old and broken, in the front in the back porch area. Old outdoor furniture that was in the yard falling apart. Better off removing from the property. The inside was very nice. One of the kitchen cabinets fell off, as the hinges needed to be tightened. Didn't have a Phillips head screwdriver to repair it. Everything else worked fine, although the upstairs shower head needs to be tightened as it was spraying out sideways. All things that could be managed, if enough time taken to look at these things.
