“We were stuck in Hereford during a storm, so it was fortunate that they had rooms. We felt it was a bit overpriced, but enjoyed the overall decor and amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable. Could use a few updates, like key cards and coffee machines.”

“The property was good including breakfast.
The only downside was that we hadn't seen on the website that the night we stayed was a Christmas Party night. This meant a disco so we could hear the base of the music in our room. Then after midnight the disco etc was loaded on to a van. So we were disturbed. Maybe whwn we booked in we should have been made aware. Generally though a good stay. ”

“Needed to stay in the area 4 nights for work, chose this hotel because it was attached to a pub so after a day's work wouldn't have to go into Ledbury to eat. The pub was not open and I didn't see any member of staff during the stay. I had a phone number which I used to ask for more milk and coffee in the room, came back to find a couple of sachets balanced on the windowsill. No one came int the room to clean, change towels, etc. ”

“Roy was an exceptional host, he was very informative about how to get to the property as the sat nav was a little bit unreliable.
He showed us around the hut with all the facilities that were available. The hut had everything u could possible need. It was beautiful and relaxing and I cannot fault it at all. The village was about a 10 min drive which has everything u would need. The hot tub was a very nice treat in the evening, even if it did rain.
