I'll start with what I didn't like, I reserved a double queen room, but when I checked in I was given a single queen room. I tried to reason with the young lady with zero success or compromise, blaming it on third party (Expedia) misrepresentation etc. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from management the next morning offering to move us to the correct room for day two of our stay. This is not our first stay, I was not going to book this Econo Lodge again, but I will reconsider thanks to management taking the time to reach out and resolve the issue. Thank you management, for your professional resolution.
