“Location pretty convenient for a last minute New Year’s Eve. Very basic motel but was clean, which was most important. There was a dog left alone in room next door that barked a lot until owner returned. Luckily not too late because was annoying.”

“I stayed in room 309 and was in Eureka Springs for the Jinglin' Jeep Parade that night. The hotel is amazing and I love the location. The shuttle service was also amazing and convenient. I love the historic feeling of the hotel. I will definitely stay there again. ”

“It was my 62nd birthday and I wanted a quick trip to Eureka Springs. We've stayed here before and enjoyed it especially the restaurant. Looks like they're renovating some of the rooms and balconies and I'm sure by summer it'll be beautiful.”

“The renovation being done here makes the rooms amazing. We were blessed to have the “penthouse” room. On the outside, it’s a cement building they have renovated, but on the inside, it was SOOOO spacious with everything we needed. For the price and convenience, there’s not a better room in Eureka Springs. Love this place! ”

“The place is old as are many buildings in the area so that’s a given. The room was kind of clean but the bathroom needed a good cleaning. Aside from that the stay was ok thankfully only overnight is long enough. ”

“Would definitely recommend the hotel for the price and what was offered and close to downtown. The staff was friendly the breakfast was very nice. Sure there was a need for updating within the hotel room, but given the price and how people can be hard on a room it was great. We would return. Loved the outside of the property for Christmas. ”
