Lived in by responsible student looking to go home for the end of the semester.

Perfect to enjoy the summer in beautiful Kingston Ontario

Plus a big screen TV as well as a nice ergonomic desk underneath.
Included with the unit is 1 permanent parking space and there are spots for guests in etc
It is $2300/month (discounted heavily if you choose to stay the entire time)
