“As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate……

“Very welcoming comfy cottage. Exceptional well-equipped kitchen, quality items, everything you could need. Comfy beds and much appreciated welcome package. Only downside is access to parking - could benefit from dropped kerb plus we had a car parked across the road all the time we stayed, making access a little difficult. However, overall a recommended stay.”

“An old characterful house in a lovely location. Comfortable lounge with lots of seating, well-appointed kitchen downstairs. Upstairs..spacious bedrooms and bathroom. “Our stay at the Coastal Bolthole was delightful. The property is superbly located, close to all amenities and transport links and was very easy to find. The house itself was very clean and tidy with a great kitchen and lots of toys and games for our younster to enjoy. The host Simon was incredibly helpful and easy to contact, overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!”

“3 families (6 adults and rest teenagers / kids) get together for 4 nights Had supermarket deliver for first night and spent the rest of the week enjoying each others company ! The kids loved the games room, swimming pool , we set up badminton and was other garden games too - we spent evenings playing bored games, so much quality time and phones / tablets hardly touched !! “We really enjoyed our stay, very comfortable and so easy to get to the beach. Visited other beaches and bird sanctuary. The weather was hot and sunny every day, so the children enjoyed being in the sea, paddle boarding and playing on the beach. Beautiful sunsets. Even saw the sunrise one morning. “Perfect location with parking outside. Only small front garden. Very clean and tidy but lower bedroom was slightly cold and took a couple of days to warm up. The ceramic lamps hanging over the dining table were a hazard and heads were bumoed several times as they are too low. Seating needs replacing to accommodate four people. Despite the comments we had a lovely holiday.”
