“Everything was so clean! Our room had an issue with the ac going off 20 minutes after the heat would turn on. The service desk lady was amazing! She tried fixing it but it wouldn’t work. She changed our room immediately. She was so nice & funny! I forgot her name. The breakfast was good! & on Christmas Eve they had free drinks & chips it was once again an amazing stay! Definitely staying there again! ”

“Make sure when booking online, that you read everything including what is in the parentheses. Fortunately for me there were other rooms for me to choose from. I was a bit disappointed when I asked if I could change a future booking directly with the hotel, and the manager said that he couldn't do it. Also when I went down for breakfast the next morning, there was no waffle batter left, and nor was there anyone around to ask at the desk.”
