“Overall our stay was great! The VRBO and property are both really small, but we knew that from the listing. The kitchen is stocked with basic necessities and a few extras, but it is difficult to find what you’re looking for. I did not find the washer and dryer right away so we ended up not using it but it does tell you where it’s located if you read more carefully the check in info.”

“The communication was great. The house was very clean. Deck has great view of the lake. The flower gardens around the house added special touch. Hope to stay there again in warm weather.”

“A great place for six old guys to gather. Clean, spacious, great location. Absolutely perfect for us.”

“The house was beautiful -- totally up to date, had everything we needed and more, open floorplan was perfect for our group when cooking and hanging out, back yard was peaceful backing up to water in a "cul-de-sac", location was convenient to stores/restaurants, lake was very nice for our boating (tubing, waterskiing), host was very accommodating and responsive when I had questions. We definitely will be back!”

“We absolutely LOVED the Mavis lodge!! Incredibly cozy, AMAZING location, large yard ( hard to find on Wawasee!) and very flat lot. We will definitely be back...I teared up a bit when we had to leave.”

“Very clean, nice lake cottage with great view of Shriner Lake to the front and Cedar Lake to the back. We did and early “Thanksgiving “ at the Lake and it was fine. Could use a few more glasses, plates and utensils … service for 4 was all I found and parking is limited 2 to cars but we brought disposable plates cups utensils. Netflix and wifi and 2 separate bunk rooms. Worked for us. We had a good time and owner very nice and communicated. Thanks!”

“Worked for the ten of us comfortably. Would absolutely book again”

“My friends (6 adults males) stayed at the location and enjoyed it very much. The host provided pretty much everything we needed. Good AC. Fair amount of cooking supplies. We enjoy the location as there are two bar/restaurants in walking distance and there are multiple lakes connected here and a bigger one if you feel like going 7 miles. The only pause is that for adults the location really sleeps 5 unless you can get two adults/kids on a double bed.”
