This ground-floor, end-unit condo in the Trail Creek complex offers the perfect home base for your next Killington getaway, no matter what time of year you visit. In the winter, you’ll love the location - the condo is on the shuttle route, or you can walk right to the lifts, with a ski-home trail right behind the condo. A boot/glove heater and dryer in the entryway keeps everything fresh for the next day on the mountain. In the warm months, there are lots of opportunities for mountain biking, hiking, golf, fishing, and more. On-site amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and pool table.

At the condo itself, you’ll find lots of natural light, hardwood floors, and an open layout. The full, well-equipped kitchen has you covered at mealtime, and the whole gang can dine together at the window-front table. Free WiFi and cable will keep you entertained until bedtime, but not before one last soothing soak in the hot tub.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
