Everything has been upgraded, new kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, oven with air-fryer, filtered water in fridge (save $$ on water bottles). To further ensure your comfort, we installed an on-demand hot water heater and a water softening system. In addition to our central A/C system in every room, enjoy our 70" Aviator fan to relax and cool down.
Our home has been decorated with an updated tropical and Hawaiian theme throughout and has a new Queen sofa bed in the living room, a 65 inch 4K Oled TV, Sonos sound bar, and Roku device. Sitting on tropical grounds, this unit is located in building 2, away from the parking lot and roads, yet close to the BBQ grills and cabana. The downstairs bedroom has a King size bed, plenty of closet space, and a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. The spacious upstairs bedroom-loft has a Queen size bed, closet, desk, TV, Roku device, and attached bathroom. Both beds are topped with luxury linens for your comfort. The lanai has a nice size sectional seating area and a dining table that seats 6.
Quiet, comfortable, and relaxing this 2br/2ba has all the conveniences of home including front load washer/dryer. The home is equiped with WIFI, the kitchen is well stocked and has a Ninja blender for your smoothies or cocktails. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, cooler, tennis rackets, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience.
Koa Resort is a low density complex with 54 units situated on 5 acres with tropical landscapping, and has one of the largest condo swimming pools in Kihei, which includes hot tub, tennis courts, floor shuffleboard, and cabana with 3 BBQ grills and ping pong table. The complex is a nice change from the craziness of bigger and more crowded condo complexes. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach, and walking distance to the Whale Marine Sanctuary, a perfect place to see the turtles and for kids to explore the tide pools. Just a mile away is Azeka center where you will find great Thai food at Nutcharee's, fabulous Fish tacos at Coconut's Fish Cafe, and delicous Sushi and Butterfish at Miso Phat Sushi, and plenty more! Starbucks and Akamai Coffee (locally grown) are just a few miles down the road.
