Book with confidence, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (1188 sq. ft) condo that is located at Kamaole Sands. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. This condo offers a fantastic vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Enjoy the shaded lanai to relax or dine outside while taking in the ocean and garden views of the 15 acre tropical resort. The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk. Complimentary Mai Tai's and hula dancing by the pool every Wednesday and complimentary Maui News newspaper every day.

Cleaning Fee: $225.00

Damage Protection Waiver: $30.00

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great stay in Maui!
First time to Maui and it was hard to choose a place but got it right. Great unit and complex. It was clean, safe and had amentities for every one. Best part is right across the street from a great beach. Also walking distance to places to eat.

Great stay, as advertised
Great unit at a great property. We have stayed at this property before but in a different unit (and were similarly pleased). The unit was nicely updated and well equipped for our group that ranged from 7-75 year olds. Great ventilation, breezes and AC to stay very comfortable. Close enough to the beach to hear the lifeguards educate beach-goers and about equidistant to the pool. Would absolutely go back.

Fabulous
The unit was beautiful. Easy to walk to the beach and look at the ocean from the lanai. We had a wonderful time. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outside grill were very nice and easily accessed. They had a speaker on Friday morning talking about the whales. We love Kamaole Sands and hope to return some time soon.

This condo is perfect. Everything in it is clean, supplies are plentiful, including beach chairs & toys, and towels The set up is a perfect arrangement for parents and two adult kids And the balcony is $1 million view!!!

Did not disappoint
This condo is really nice. I would stay there again. The view of the grounds and ocean is great. It’s so easy to just walk across the street to the beach. It’s also easy to come and go by car too because it’s located near the gated alternate front entrance to the complex. I’ve stayed in three different condos at the Kama’ole Sands and this was my favorite.

Absolutely perfect!
We just returned from our stay on Maui and have nothing but wonderful things to say about this property. The unit is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our group of four. The views in the morning and evening were breathtaking. It was close to beaches, shops, places to eat, etc. We found sea turtles just down the way on our last beach walk, and that was the perfect end to our trip. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to visit!

Great!
Great location, and beautiful view! We enjoyed seeing so many sea turtles swim right around us while we were snorkeling and floating in the surf right across the street at Kamaole II and III beaches. Very cool experience (and free)! Insider tip: Turn off the inside A/C when you want to sit on the patio without the hot air return blowing on you. The condo was very clean, with nice amenities - we would stay here again.

Perfect Place to Stay
We went there to watch our son play in the State Baseball Tournament. Hotels were taking advantage of this and some of the crappy ones were charging over $400 a night. I found this place and am so glad I did. It was perfect for 4 adults and my younger son. My wife and I were able to have the loft area with bathroom and a king bed and my in-laws took the front bedroom. There is another bathroom by that bedroom as well. My son loved having the pullout couch, he said it was so comfortable. The place came equipped with everything we needed for cooking and just relaxing in between games. We sat out on the lanai area every night. It had a great ocean view and we saw a parade of lit up bikes one night. It is close to several places to eat. There are tennis courts which we used twice and the pool was refreshing. I loved that there were 2 hot tubs, one for adults only so that you didn't have to worry about kids screaming and splashing all over you. They take great care of the grounds and the check-in was so easy and quick. You get your own parking spot which is right below your room. I highly recommend people should stay here instead of any hotel.

Well appointed and clean
We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was very well appointed and clean. I really appreciated the large container of laundry detergent, the extra paper towels, garbage bags and toilet paper. Beach chairs and umbrella were in great shape. The only recommendation I would have for the owner/property management is to get new pillows.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location to Kam 3 can barely be beaten. What was a nice surprise was the view at the entry to the condo. The kitchen was so nicely appointed that it made meal prep a breeze. We definitely would stay here again in a heart beat.

Family vacation
We loved this place. Property was pretty, condo was clean and supplied with everything we needed. Close to beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Within 20-30 minutes from airport and easy access to highways. If we get to Maui again would certainly stay here again.

Condo in Perfect location
This condo is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The views from the Lanai are amazing. The storage on the Lanai is full of every beach item you could think of, we loved using the beach gear and walking across the street to Kamaole beach park to hangout on the beach and snorkel. Would highly recommend this condo unit to couples and families.

LOOK NO FURTHER
I have been to Maui 5 times and this is by far our favorite place we have stayed. The condo is better than what the pictures show. It is a great size for a family, has everything you need and LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. The beach is right across street and close proximity to stores and restaurants. We LOVED staying here and I am confident you will as well. Just FYI, I don’t take the time to write a review so for me to write this please know it’s that wonderful.
