“Nice vacation property. Quite, peaceful and opportunity to get away from daily life. No street lights. So finding one's way at night is challenging. There could be better signage on roads and property direction signage can be improved.”

“I liked the apartment I rented. However, since most of the buildings in the Tennis Court area look very similar, I found it difficult to find the building where my rented apartment was located, especially toward the beginning of my stay and especially after dark.”

“Perfect house for our family. Near the beach, near Night Heron Park for kids camp, the nest cafe and convenience store all easy walking. Had bikes delivered that were waiting when we arrived. Comfortable beds, all very good.”

“Home is well decorated and very nice. Pool is small but was clean and warm. We would have enjoyed some games, books had that been supplied.”

“Property was 90% clean and inviting. Linens, beds, floors, porch, appliances were all great. The small things we found: hair from previous guests still clogged on top of the shower drain; kitchen trash can liner had been replaced, but there was an old banana peel at the bottom; the kitchen counter had not been wiped off--there was dirt, sticky spots, and I found two small wood finish nails on top of the counter, that were hidden by the multi-colored finish of the countertop. ”

“Overall, our stay was great. The location is great and overall cleanliness was good. We did, however, have a couple of hiccups and communication with the property manager was sub par. The outlets in each of the bathrooms were not working. The property management company asked us to find the breaker box and reset the circuit. We couldn’t find the box and assumed it was behind the locked owner door/closet. As we looked for the breaker box, we discovered a bucket collecting water from a leak in the……
