“Hotels Room are clean and neat. But water park is not at all good. Main swimming pool has very dirty green water and also mouse inside. Slides and children water park ok. no so clean. Park timing very odd 10 am to 5 pm and so there is no benifit for people staying back at this resort. May be good for day picnic”

“This is a not good hotel. This Hotel make the IBIS brandname worst. The reception is not professional and double charge me because I was already out of Mumbai and I am not able to get argue back the double charge.
The food and breakfast is also not terrible in the restaurant. Room is also not clean, the bed has even has some dirty mark.
I seldom write comment but this Hotel really make me sick.
I don't recommend to stay in this hotel.”

“Very Good property. I stayed in Club room which were spacious by any standard, newly renovated they had premium bathroom fittings and toiletries. The mattress was so good that I have back ache which seemed to disappear miraculously. The breakfast spread was ideal for a corporate traveler - not too much and yet enough. To top it they give you a newspaper in the mornings which was the highlight for me. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent when it comes to ambiance as well as food quality and……

“I stayed here for 2 nights and booked them one by one as wasn't sure. But i was so happy to see the hotel was exactly as the images displayed. In fact my expectations were exceeded at all points; while checking in the staff maintained all the norms of sociall distcancing and did the necessary checks. The reception quickly checked me in and guided me to my room which left me with a big smile. I had the most relaxed time in their new and comfortable room and the food was just too good!

"Conveniently located in the business district. Check in was a breeze with friendly and efficient staffs
Unfortunately our first night was a Saturday night and the room next to us was extremely noisy; loud music…, etc.; throughout the night till morning. We made a complaint in the early hours of the morning and at the Reception Rohan was very helpful and obliging by switching us to another room for the remaining of our stay. Thank you so much Rohan.
Our room is very clean and comfortable with mini bar and all essentials well stocked. Housekeeping Rohan (also named Rohan) did a good job.
Breakfast at 022 is great with a wide selection of cold and hot food. Most importantly the staffs are the greatest I’ve ever met in any hotel I’ve stayed. Special thanks to Yash, Shivank and Ra. Always greeting us with a warm smile and seeing to all our needs. Super friendly and efficient. Thank you for the birthday cake. We love the service so much that we even have several of our dinner there. Love the cakes here; they absolutely delicious. Still thinking of them even though we are back home now.
Overall this is a wonderful hotel to stay. We love the service so much that we decided to stay for another week instead of shifting to another hotel for the remaining of our trip which was our original intention.
Looking forward to staying here again the next time we are in Mumbai."

上世紀的五星級酒店, 很好。
"比較起圖片, 實際上房間及大堂要好看, 大氣。是上世紀的好酒店的風度, 雖不是新式酒店的裝潢, 但有貴氣, 維護的不錯。整體來說, 餐飲品質不錯, 餐廳人員的服務有些不齊, 因為有的很好, 有的經驗不足, 可能疫情後人員不好找。但大多的服務人員都帶笶容, 有服務熱忱。住在這裡是舒適的, 酒店不會過大, 房間數過多。早餐的自助吧不大, 但品質我很喜歡。另外熱食部分是用點的。"
