They would not answer phone for Expedia, charged me full price when everything got canceled for the Microsoft global problem all flights were canceled to Florida keys from San Diego, they would not get back to me when I left a message. Charged me full price no exceptions, even though I wasn’t able to get there due to the Microsoft issue with all the flights. When I finally did get somebody, They were nasty and not understanding of the issue at all , would not change dates ,so I could get there would not give any credit. I understand in different circumstances if I tried to cancel, but I couldn’t get there because all flights were canceled from San Diego.
