While the oceanfront view from our room was incredible, the room itself needed some much-needed TLC. We had a running toilet tank, detached molding on the floor to the bathroom, and our front door was so warped that we had to put our body weight into it just to open and close it. As for the property, there wasn't much of a vibe going on. No music playing outside, no activities, nothing. It was a bit underwhelming given how much we paid to stay there. Lastly, the property uses an AI chatbot to communicate with guests throughout their stay. Unfortunately, their bot gave us incorrect information twice. It was really unreliable. Compared to other Opal Collection property we stayed at on the west coast of Florida, this one fell short.
