“It is a 4 star overall rating due to just a couple small things that I will communicate to the owner directly bc they are things I would expect happen with a rental over time. But overall we had such a great stay here. Erin, the owner, was fantastic to work with! She let us have an early check-in which ended up being a lifesaver. We planned to just drop off our groceries and hit the lake, but then it ended up rainy all afternoon so I am so grateful Erin let us check in early. We had fun grilling……
