“Overall it was fine but it’s not well kept. No hand soap in the bathrooms, towel holders and TP holders falling off the wall, sink plugs not connected, stained carpets and cleaning could be better. But it wasn’t dirty, beds we’re comfortable enough and it worked for what we needed. Would be easy to make this a 5 star place with a little maintenance and accommodation. ”

“The overall layout of the unit is nice with bathroom for each bedroom. The beds however are not big enough for an adult couple to sleep comfortably.The living area is comfortable and big. The kitchen is well stocked and parking easy. Carpet worn and stained and couches which are vinyl torn. Dogs upstairs barked all night and when we arrived the fire alarm batteries were low and beeped. They did come to replace the next morning. “We really enjoyed the condo. The only issue is that it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. My daughter and I had to carry all of our luggage plus the grandkid's luggage up to the 3rd floor. “From looking at the booklet about the property, saying what’s in the room, their were no extra towels, no iron, no hair dryers, no dish cloths to wipe down the counters or table, only one trash bag, no trash cans in the bathrooms, a chalk line of something on l the living room floor (shows it wasn’t cleaned), towel bars were very loose, but it was close to where we needed to be.”

“Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The house was impeccably clean, which my OCD LOVED. This house was exactly as described. It truly was a home away from home. “Our room was not ready by 4pm. We waited an extra 2 hours. Once we were able to get into the room we found it extremely dirty, even though we watched tge cleaners exit. They swept and mopped that was it. We found old food in and under the couch, chair and beds. They dont clean any of the bedding or sanitize anything. The countertops, tables and chairs were sticky or had dried food on them. Chairs with dried gum on them. Carpets in bedrooms are disgusting. They are extremely worn and stained.……
