"What a quaint little jewel on this island. Yes the hotel was on the older side, and the facility was showing it's age and the fact that it was on the water. The room decor was outdated but it was undergoing a major renovation. The staff we are very helpful and friendly and made you feel welcome. You could just check in stow your bags and start to relax. There are two restaurants on the island way within walking distance. One was more upscale and the other was a brewery and pub. With some elevated pub fare. After you eat you can stroll around the island and take in the stunning river views and quiet atmosphere. During the day the hotel offered free bicycles to check out so you could do some more exploring."

"An okay place to stay for a night. It is the first kitchenette unit I have stayed in where there was nothing in the unit. You need to bring everything with you. No point to get a kitchenette unit if you have to bring everything. "
