「This was perfect for our party of 4 (myself and husband and my mom and dad). We live in the same town, but drove out separately because of work schedules. There was enough to park both of our vehicles in the parking space. The two bedrooms/bathrooms are at opposite ends of the home, so there is a nice level of privacy. 「Was in Wilmington to work a trade show at the Chase Center on the Riverfront. Everything was as described and the communications with the host were great. Only about a 12 minute drive to the venue and lots of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. It’s nothing fancy but for about the same price as a budget hotel room you get a kitchen, two comfy bedrooms and a living room. 」
