Under 10 minute walk to Dock Square and 2 minute walk to Kennebunk River, this 1850 home has been beautifully restored and decorated.

Luxury linens, Casper pillows, SandCloud bath towels, Malin + Goetz toiletries, well-appointed kitchen with Cuisinart cookware, Tommy Bahama beach chairs and SandCloud beach towels are included in your stay. Two bikes and two kayaks are available upon request at no additional cost. A pack n play and high chair is also provided.

Walk to Colony Beach or bike to Kennebunk Beach. 2 minute walk to Perkins Park on the Kennebunk River with Adirondack chairs, picnic tables and steps down to the water for launching kayaks. Dock Square is a vacationer’s dream, full of restaurants, galleries and quaint shops. Stroll along Ocean Avenue after dinner on the water or settle at home for the evening with fresh seafood on the grill located on the cozy porch.

Wedding weekend in Kennebunkport
Such a wonderful stay. We were greeted by a lovely gift basket of snacks - given that we were 6 hours delayed the family fell on them like locusts. House was charming beyond belief. Location was convenient to a wedding at the Nonantum and surroundings. Loved being able to walk to most activities and restaurants. Just a reminder that two rooms have double beds, for those that are used to kings!

Best rental EVER
We loved our stay and we are considering to come back! The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the center of the town. The house itself is a gem. Everything you needs is there! The cutest little stay in Kennebunkport
We stayed here for a girls night in the winter and it was absolutely the cutest little house. We are hoping to come back here again asap. It was close to everything we needed and the host was so responsive and thorough. You won’t regret booking this stay!

We loved this place! This was a great opportunity for our family to stay is a historical home with modern touches. We had plenty of space and walked to the down town area for dinner. Comfortable home in a lovely location!
Everything a small group of people could need can be found right here. The host has stocked the house with plenty of everything you could possibly think of for a short (or long!) stay. The house is located almost perfectly between the main strip of shops and the harbor/shoreline. Easy walking distance to either. We greatly enjoyed our stay in this quaint little town.

My best rental
We had a wonderful stay in that house. Very well situated (walking distance from Kennebunkport center in a calm residential spot), the house is incredibly charming and cozy, with a "rustic chic" vibe, super clean and well equiped. The host is exceptionnaly fast to answer questions and to be sure that everything is OK and that we enjoy the stay, with tons of little details / attentions for us. The best place to experience living in Kennebunkport
Typical New England house with its warm and comforting atmosphere. We felt at home immediately when we entered it. Perfectly suitable for a small family. Prelude Weekend
We stayed in the Mary Jane Cottage during prelude 2022 - and had a wonderful time. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs - my husband and I brought our two young children. Separate rooms meant everyone got a good night's sleep. The house was well equipped with just about everything you could possibly need - no need for a last-minute shopping stop to pick up missing items! Plus the house was beautifully decorated for Christmas - so in our three-year-old's mind - this will forever be called "The Christmas House". We hope to make this a yearly tradition. :)
