"The house is spacious and accommodated my large group of 22 comfortably. The house was not well maintained. Several lamp switches missing, broken toilet seats, missing blinds on dining area, leaking water from a light fixture, the carpet was disgusting, heavily stained and dirty. It was all reported while we were still there and Vacasa staff seemed to be unaware of the situation. Several people went there to evaluate the damage. "The accommodation served the purpose of a place to sleep and a hot shower which was all we needed. It did have some broken shades but we were not concerned about that. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was very convenient. "

"Loved the spaciousness. 4 of the 7 bedrooms had private baths which was really great. Very clean, great communication when needed, but the pool and hot tub don’t get very warm in the winter months even if you pay for heat. Day 3 of our stay it was finally warmish enough to get in, (others may think it’s sufficient not being too warm.) Great location. Gated, quiet community. Beautiful area. Very nice clubhouse pool and hot tub for a small fee. Would stay again, just would not pay to heat the...

"For a large group like our we were lacking supplies.. plus in the kitchen there was no soap dish and spices just the dishes not even to make coffee. We were never told this…. I always had to go after host for questions and had to wait for response. "

"The experience and location were great and located the right distance from all the parks, close enough so the daily drive wasn't an issue, but far enough away to have all the regular shopping venues and restaurants. The listing pictures are misleading. The property is dated and has maintenance issues that the owner or manager needs to address i.e. rickety bar stools, broken light switches and table lamps (shorts more than possible) and damaged/missing patio furniture. I highly recommend this property it was exactly as advertised. Thank you Lola for the superior service and I look forward to staying at this property again n the future. "

"I like the friendly staff, cleanliness, convenience of the property. I've stayed at quite a few but this is the only one that asks for a credit card for incidentals. I don't really know what is extras at these particular hotels because they are pretty much a no frills type of hotel which I like. Don't get me wrong, they do supply some extra things for you such as irons, silverware or dishes if needed as well as ice and they have snack and soda machines available as well. I don't order room service or movies I just like a comfortable and quiet place to rest. I do like the fact that they are dog friendly even though it's been two years since my fur baby passed away, so it's nice seeing other dogs around."
