The staff were very friendly and check-in was a breeze. Our room was very clean and well kept. Free breakfast was provided hot dishes and dining area was well prepared. Best of all, our bed was comfortable.

Great place to stay, receptionist was very friendly, helpful on pointing out places to dine. Room was spacious and clean, so were the bed sheets. Bathroom was clean, needs more lighting though, and the towers were clean as well. The only thing are pillows, why are there 10 pillows yet not one of them is comfortable. I miss the old days when you had two pillows and they were either right or wrong, I woke up a couple of times just trying to find the right pillow, nope. Other than that, I would stay at this hotel again, by the way, breakfast was not that bad at all either!!

Our room was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was simple, standard hotel hot breakfast, but it was good, with good variety, nicely presented. All staff were friendly and efficient.

The room wasn’t vacuumed and the bathroom vent was covered with webbing and some kind of debris. The front desk staff was super kind and funny. Just wish the room had a bit more cleaning detail instead of the beautiful towel designs the cleaning staff put together.

Exceeded our expectations by a pretty good margin. The area nearby isn’t convenient, but there are limited options in the area, so every hotel in Kelso would get the same rating for us, within a half star. This rating is not a ding on the hotel, so much as an expectation setter if you’re not familiar with the area. The inside was recently redone, and was fantastic. The staff was great too. Full stars.

Everything was great really. Breakfast could gave gone a little better as the worker seemed overwhelmed with how much she needed to keep making. You'd figure they'd know given how many people are checked in? Beds and pillows were cumfy, however, we kept getting woken up by a noise that sounded like people were banging pipes together in between the walls. Pool and hot tub were great!

Place is load. I was on 1st floor and could hear plumbing, TVs, doors slamming and didnt get much sleep. Toilet kept backing up so stopped flushing it due to fear of overflowing. Overall, it was ok for a holiday season stay.
