“Prior to check in, I had been in contact with the host earlier in the day letting him now our time of arrival into Kelowna. He told us the information to get buzzed in to the building but then when we got there we tried over and over to call him and he just fell off the face of the earth. We stood outside in 40 degrees for an hour before he finally let us in to the building. Also for anyone planning to stay here please expect long elevator delays - it seems like most of the building are rental……
