“The best location of Sabah. Easy parking, reach the new and big shopping mall at zero minute.”

“We arrived at nearly 10pm and didnt have the self check-in details so we had to send a text to receive the door codes. One of the rooms they said was ours already had people sleeping inside! Fortunately they gave us another room and we found them simple but comfortable. The shower was excellent!”

“房型與hotels 相片不符，但因已坐了兩程飛機實在太累不想再去大堂申訴。不會再住，床中間下陷，清潔度不足，晚上由地下酒吧傳上來的音樂聲，吵得不能入睡，投訴後亦無改善。”

“Disappointed cause we booked king size bed but given queen size. When we asked they said its up to them not up to hotels.com to decide the room we get! The king size bed rooms are bigger but we were given first floor where most of the rooms are smaller. Apart from that the location, cleanliness all ok but in future we have to book direct to make sure we get the size of rooms we want”
