“There is a blockage in the AC, before midnight water was poured down and wet the floor. I called reception and reported. Room key doesn’t work and we couldn’t get in. Has to go back downstairs again and get the key to go in. They moved us to the room with leaking tap. Water going down the wash basin every time we use. On our early staying someone knocked on the door at 6:45 am and said room services when I was praying. Received called from the guy in the restaurant who said waitress forgot the……

“The room was dirty and smelly. There was mold in the bathroom, no shower or sink. The bed has dirty stain and hair in it, even cigarettes holes on the bedsheet. i do not recommend !!! it was cheap for a reason, we did not pass the night there, we have change hotel because it was to dirty.”

“The entire staff from top to bottom was super. Everyone was on the same page with high respect and helpfulness to the patrons. The Manager was unbelievably helpful. He went out of his way to please. The swimming pool is very well maintained every day. They really have their act together. The breakfast buffet is over-the-top in quality, with ever so many choices of delicious food. ”
