「房間廁所發出強烈的霉味，冷氣機發出巨響和漏水，定了9晚房，免強住了3晚，每天都要使用2瓶空氣清新濟(自備)，本想提早退房，最後得到職員幫忙換了房間，才不造成損失，入住前3天沒有職員清清潔過房間，換了房間後的6天，只在第4天做過一次清潔，不過也令假期蒙上了污點。 入住大廈的寫字樓並不辦理入住手續，里面的職員，態度並不友善，愛理不理，很不愿意的告訴你，辦理入住的地方，在一條鈄坡上。 到了辦理入住的寫字樓，職員態度有很大的反差，里面的職員極為友善，親切，有耐心，給了我很大的幫助，才令我沒受損失。 如果選擇這里，在入住時必須仔細，不符合自己的要求，絕對不能免強，在這個價位的酒店，巴東不乏選擇。」
