THE PARK ACROSS THE STREET:
The park has an asphalt 0.42 mile walk/run/bike trail that circles a lake. There are two docks for fishing. There is a playground with a nice AstroTurf surface. There are some nice areas for doing yoga as well. The sunsets over the lake are beautiful. Sometimes we get slushies from Sonic (which is a 5-min. drive away) and walk around the lake at sunset.
***Please note that there are a couple small noise concerns, mainly things that I want potential guests to be aware of if they are light sleepers. I *do* provide every guest with ear plugs and there is a Marpac Dohm white noise machine in the bedroom. First, we have young kids who get up around 7 a.m., which means we are up and walking around on your ceiling around 7 a.m. Second, we have a sump pump, which pumps water off our house's foundation in the rainier season (usually spring). It's not *too* loud, but it is below the bedroom.
